Kristen has drawn inspiration and crafted her artistic expression from the beauty of nature, which comes as no surprise as a born and raised Lake Tahoe native. Though she originally pursued a career in Chinese medicine, she knew her passion was hair. Kristen has an affinity for designing unique, yet, natural styles through her impressive training background. As a Toni and Guy alumni, she has learned to combine her skills in math, art, and science to become a well-rounded hair guru. Over the last three years she has had the honor of working alongside some of the greats in the hair industry, including Mèche’s very own, Chelsea Belushi, Kari Hill, and Tania Whittier. Through them, she has earned a robust skills-set that has afforded her the ability to seamlessly transition from flawless color to versatile hair styles. Depending on the clients’ needs, she is able to provide an array of treatments that help Kristen enhance an individuals’ natural beauty. In addition to color and styling, she also specializes in non-toxic smoothing treatments and extensions. Kristen strives to create a fun and relaxing environment that is sure to leave the client feeling elevated with a revived sense of confidence.
