Korean born and LA raised, hair colorist Liz Jung always had a natural instinct for hair artistry, fashion and beauty.  Practicing her craft on relatives and friends from school, Jung dreamt of making her hobby a career, but followed the path of “conventional” college education instead. It didn’t take long for Liz to realize that Economics wasn’t her passion and she made the decision to pursue her dream.  Upon completing her cosmetology education, Liz was ready to further study and perfect her craft. It wasn’t long before Liz was assisting and being mentored by the worlds most sought after hair colorist, Tracey Cunningham.

After three years of tenure and traveling the globe with Tracey Cunningham, coloring the worlds most influential celebrities, diplomats, and leaders, Liz is now a master in her own right. Liz can now be seen bustling about the Meché Salon floor with her ever growing client roster. Well on her way to being LA’s go-to girl for blonde transformations, Jung says, “I was so fortunate to learn from Tracey, it was hard work and it was an honor. My greatest pleasure, and what makes me stand apart from my peers, is my ability for turning orange brassy hair to creamy, ashy blondes — a skill I honed while practicing with my mentor.”
